The shareholders of Digital Heaven have sold all of their shares to RM Equity Partners. The deal adds a profitable, customer-focused direct-to-consumer business to RMEP's portfolio, alongside its existing online marketplaces and consumer apps. With RMEP's support, Digital Heaven will build out its online shops, product range, logistics and customer service.
